Gorse Hill New Build

Paton Developments have recently finished a ground-up construction of a 25,000 sq. ft. conference and function facility.

As well as the building work, they also developed and built new road infrastructure and landscaped the surrounding grounds.  

The design and build of the contract was completed within an astonishing 12-months and the new build construction sympathetically reflected the classic Georgian Period manor house building which was also recently refurbished by Paton.
