Paton Developments were instructed to construct a large basement in London which comprised of a lounge and media room, games room, temperature-controlled wine cellar, dining room, library area, service kitchen and shower room.

The large structure was excavated under the house and to the rear garden, the complete build took just 12 months. Paton were responsible for all the bespoke finishes including the crittall style screens, manufactured by Capital Fabrications and the entire joinery and upholstery package by Inspire Upholstery both of which are group companies of Paton Developments.
