Village Urban Resorts

Paton Developments were appointed by the Village Urban Resorts to be the lead contractor in the refurbishment programme for a number of hotels across the UK.

The programme included full bedroom refurbishment, leisure refurbishment and reception areas.  Paton seamlessly ran the refit throughout the occupied hotels ensuring little or no disruption to the guests and staff. Paton transformed, on average, 150 rooms every three weeks to include the manufacture and installation of bespoke shower panels, full FF&E, doors, case goods and beds for over 2000 rooms.

Paton also completed the full fit-out for the new build portfolio including the recently finished Basingstoke and Portsmouth properties.
