Paton Developments undertook a full hotel renovation including refurbishment and structural alterations to this historic building in the Bayswater / Hyde Park area.

The work included full bedroom refurbishment and refitting of all of the hotel’s 91 rooms As well as this, they built a new front of house including stylish reception, restaurant and customer breakout area. In addition, Paton carried out listed heritage works to the interior and exterior of this historic building.
